Where a customs agent is physically located often does not matter nowadays. In fact, the most commonly occurring declarations can be submitted and dealt with digitally. This means that no one is bound to customs brokers located at the Dutch entry points of the EU, or larger brokers that use automated emails and lack that personal touch. At van Kommer Customs we firmly believe in that personal connection. We won’t start the meter running as soon as you call us for some advice or when you need a sounding board for customs issues. It is our goal to act as a bridge between Dutch Customs and you, our client.
